I already have a game account.
Sign in with its email and password. Older accounts without an email can sign in with their existing username. Then add your own email address, confirm your password and verify the address.
How do I link my new web account?
Verify your email, request a one-time code in the Citizen Ledger and use it on your own game connection with /weblink CODE. An identity that is already linked cannot be claimed.
Why is my request still pending?
Only the game server may change the game state. If confirmation does not arrive, success is not reported. You can see your requests and their results in the Citizen Ledger.
Can I change my name?
Yes, from your character page after logging out of that character. The full name must be valid and available. By default, you must wait one day between changes. Your identity and property are preserved.
